I Miss Summer Youth Camp

Almost every churches is having their annual Youth Camp in their respective Christian Organization, this is where they gather all the youth to meet some other Christian Youth where lot's of activities that is in store for the youth participants, and of course a time to reflect and hopefully strengthen their faith to the Lord.


I really miss summer youth camp, where I find new friends sharing the same faith as mine and talking with them as if we know them for so long, and i believe that’s the power of Holy Spirit that you are comfortable enough to talk with them even if you don’t know them that much.

Of course being on fire with the Lord after the camp is really an amazing feeling that we can share to our church mates and even in the community.

But the big test for us being a Christian is that on how far our being “on fire” with the Lord would last?

The body of Jesus is taken down from the cross

 Jesus is laid in the tomb

Jesus rises from the tomb

One man suffered for the sins of all, that they may be forgiven. let’s try to find it in us to forgive and let go…

When I saw Jesus at the cross, I grieved and cried, “Who nailed HIM?” but I was shocked when I turned and saw… the hammer in my hand. 

READ. REFLECT. REPENT. RENEW.

Feeling Empty?

That He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might by His Spirit in the inner man; That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God. Ephesians 3:16-19

In one sermon, D.L. Moody held up a glass and asked, “How can I get the air out of this glass?” One man shouted, “Suck it out with a pump!” Moody replied,“That would create a vacuum and shatter the glass.” After numerous other suggestions Moody smiled, took out a pitcher of water, and filled the glass.“There,” he said, “all the air is now removed.”

He used this simple demonstration to explain that living a victorious life is not accomplished by “sucking out a sin here and there,” but by being filled with the Holy Spirit.

Later, he said, “I believe firmly that the moment our hearts are emptied of pride and selfishness and ambition and everything that is contrary to God’s law, the Holy Spirit will fill every corner of our hearts. But if we are full of pride and conceit and ambition and the world, there is no room for the Spirit of God. We must be emptied before we can be filled.”

Let’s begin emptying ourselves today! We need to be filled with God’s Spirit so that we can be empowered to do great things!

God Won’t Ask

God won’t ask what kind of car you drove, but will ask how many people you drove who didn’t have transportation.

God won’t ask the square footage of your house, but will ask how many people you welcomed into your home.

God won’t ask about the fancy clothes you had in your closet, but will ask how many of those clothes helped the needy.

God won’t ask about your social status, but will ask what kind of class you displayed.

God won’t ask how many material possessions you had, but will ask if they dictated your life.

God won’t ask what your highest salary was, but will ask if you compromised your character to obtain that salary.

God won’t ask how much overtime you worked, but will ask if you worked overtime for your family and loved ones.

God won’t ask how many promotions you received, but will ask how you promoted others.

God won’t ask what your job title was, but will ask if you reformed your job to the best of your ability.

God won’t ask what you did to help yourself, but will ask what you did to help others.

God won’t ask how many friends you had, but will ask how many people to whom you were a true friend.

God won’t ask what you did to protect your rights, but will ask what you did to protect the rights of others.

God won’t ask in what neighborhood you lived, but will ask how you treated your neighbors.

God won’t ask about the color of your skin, but will ask about the content of your character.

God won’t ask how many times your deeds matched your words, but will ask how many times they didn’t.
