To My Future Wife

I don’t know who you are yet. I don’t know what you look like. I don’t know the color of your eyes. I don’t know the color of your skin. I don’t know your name. There are a lot of things that I don’t know about you, but there are a couple of things that I want you to know.

You’re Already Beautiful. Congratulations, babe, you did it. You are already beautiful. Seriously. If beauty is a game, you’re a pro. You are perfect already. You were beautifully and wonderfully made. You have nothing to fix. Let me say that again, you have nothing to fix. God did not mess-up on you. I know what society is telling you. ”You have to look like this, wear this, and have this in order to be beautiful.” Nope. You’re already beautiful. Beauty is more than what you put on in the morning. You don’t need to lose weight to be beautiful. You don’t need to pack on the make-up to be beautiful. You don’t need to have all the curves installed to be beautiful. You don’t need to have perfect skin to be beautiful. You don’t need to act a certain way to be beautiful. You don’t need to wear certain clothes to be beautiful and you definitely don’t need to take them off to be beautiful. Oh, and you don’t need to have sex with me to be beautiful. You’re already beautiful. Feel free to grow to be a better, healthier, more confident you. In fact, I encourage it. But let me remind you that when it comes to being beautiful, you already won. You are beautifully and wonderfully made.

Babe, keep your goodies in your basket. I get it. I really do. When you have a nice car you want to show it off. If you have a nice body, likewise, you want to show it off. But, what makes a Lamborghini stand out from a Honda Civic? I see Civics all the time. Everywhere I go there is one of those bad boys sitting in the parking lot. I can count on one hand every Lamborghini I’ve ever seen. It is always exciting to see one of those. The Honda, not so much. Don’t get me wrong, your goodies are always going to be good. I’ll say that again, your goodies are always going to be good. But, if everyone and my mom has a look at everything you’re showing off, I’m not feeling like as much of a lucky ducky. So please, for me, keep your goodies packaged away.

You’re a princess worth fighting for. I said “princess.” You know, the princess you always wanted to be as a little girl? Yep, that’s you! But here is the deal, if you are a princess, you have to act like a princess. The story goes something like, “The princess waits high up in her castle waiting to be rescued by her Prince Charming (thats me). This ‘prince’ has to cross the treacherous lands, fight all the battles, storm the castle, slay the dragon and THEN he gets the princess.”

It’s a pretty cool story, really. Prince Charming doesn’t just walk up to the castle doors, spit a little game, and off they go to happy ever after. You’re a PRINCESS. You’re worthy of a fight. If you give yourself to someone who isn’t willing to fight for you, he isn’t worthy to be with you. Your prince charming isn’t going to fight to take your purity, he is going to fight to protect it.

Don’t settle for me, make me go to work. Don’t let me sweep you off your feet without putting in any work. Remember, I have to “cross treacherous lands, fight all the battles, storm the castle, slay the dragon and THEN,” I get the princess. Make me go to work. Don’t let me have you easy. You deserve a gentlemen. You deserve chivalry. Do not settle. There are going to be a lot of guys who come through who might look like me, they might be dressed like me, and they might talk like me, but if they don’t put in the work like me, they don’t deserve you like me. I am out here waiting for you, don’t settle for someone who doesn’t deserve you. Don’t settle.

Our fairy tale will happen, but remember it doesn’t go from ‘once upon a time’ to ‘happy ever after.’ There is a battle that goes on in those middle chapters.Sometimes I am going to mess up. Sometimes you are going to mess up. I am going to say things I don’t mean and mean things I don’t say. Sometimes I will forget that you are a princess and sometimes I will get distracted. But, together, through love, patience, communication, and the grace of God, we are going to win.

I understand I might have written this a little late, but I don’t care who you were yesterday, I care who you are today and who you will be tomorrow. Make a change if you need to. Let us grow together. It is not too late. It doesn’t matter what you’ve done or how many of these items you have missed, it just matters what you are going to do now! You are beautifully and wonderfully made by the hands of a perfect Creator, live like it!

A Girl Who

“Court her”
“I think you have a chemistry”
“She is beautiful”
“She is single”
“I have her number I will give it to you then send her sms”
“Ask her to go out”
“In our department you are the only guy who doesn’t have a girlfriend”
_______________________________________

Oh thanks, actually I also like that girl she is smart, fun and seems to be loving girl.  I planned to court her and even before you ask me to know  more about her, I already did my sort of simple research about that girl.
But sad to say she is not the type of girl that I like.  I’m not mean and a  choosy guy but I have my own uhmmm should I say qualification / standard when it comes finding a right girl for me. I found out that she doesn’t have same faith as I have, for some it’s not a big deal but for it is a must.
I explained this point to my workmate (actually 2 of my colleagues wants me to court these 2 diffirent girls, first girl is my workmate in which we are on the same department, second girl is in the other department.  Both of them is really a good looking girls as I must say.)
They got upset as I was explaining my point on why I am not that interested to those girls that they want me to court with. I know that they just want me to be happy seeing in a relationship because according to them I am a good guy, a God-fearing guy, a loving guy etc. etc. So they wanted me to be the boyfriend of their friends.  But I refused.
Sad part….
Both of my workmate said to me…….
” I think you are gay”
” You are gay “
” Maybe you doesn’t like girls or you want the other one ahahahaha (they laugh)…..
” Don’t be choosy “
_______________________________________
Are they insulting me. Am I affected? Do I need to get mad?
I am just a typical, normal, average, plain guy.
At that moment I realized more clearly what I want in a girl.
A girl who is full of grace.
A girl who is crazy in love with Jesus.
A girl who wants more Jesus in her life.
A girl who’s attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus.
A girl whom I will treat like a princess because she’s the daughter of King Jesus.
A girl on which I can hold her hands while heading to a Church for a Sunday Services.
A girl that I can present to my Mom and Dad, saying that she is the girl that God wants me to spend the rest of my life.

God, make me a man after your heart and help me trust that you’re providing a woman who is after your heart, too. And while we’re both chasing after you, I pray we would bump into each other along this road, stop for a while to chat, and call the rest history.
Proverbs 31 states, “Charm is deceptive, and beauty does not last; but a woman who fears the Lord will be greatly praised.”

At times talaga, umiiyak ako sa Lord kasi nahihirapan ako, pero at the end of the day, napakabuti pa din Niya. Expect for more msgs na ise-send ko sa'yo ha, Kuya? Kung ayos lang..                 Hi Mina, good to hear from you. I am aware that you are also here in Saudi, How's life? How's work been goin'?

I know you never do that. Wag kang papadala sa mga nasa paligid mo, you know what pag feeling ko napanghihinaan na ako ang iniisip ko lagi yung panahon na sobrang on-fire ako kay yung tipong first love ang naramdaman ko nung makilala ko si God.

God is our greatest comforter in times of needs.Today, no matter where you are in the process, the key is to keep moving forward by reading and hearing His Word. His Word is alive. His Word will heal your heart and restore your soul.

If God is for us who can be against us?
Isaiah 41:10
Don’t be afraid, for I am with you.
Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you.
I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.
Just message me if you want any prayer request, I would love to pray for you Mina.  By the way I am your new follower in Twitter

               KUYA!!!!!

It strengthens me whenever I see your status, blogs and all. As if it's telling me na may maganda pa lang nadudulot ang pagne-net. haha.

Same here, pag may prayer request ka po, message nyo lang din po ako.

Salamat, Kuya. I am smiling now, with tears nga lang.

Salamat po for sharing your faith with me. Praise God for your life.

Salamat po! We are blessed and favored.

Pray For The Philippines

Heavenly Father, I come before your throne of grace at this moment. Let Your protection be upon us all, especially those who are affected with floods and heavy rain. You are our refuge, in You we will find peace and comfort. I will hold on to Your promise when You said "Be still and know that I am God." - Psalm 46:10
In Jesus name I pray... AMEN!

May Oras Pa

Sinong may sabi?

A Piece Of Paper

Its been 10 months since I left Philippines to have a greener pasture and to save and prepare for my future family if God's will.  It's hard being away from the family especially when it is your first time going abroad and if you re not strong enough for sure you will struck by what they called "homesick".

When I heard that my cousin here in Riyadh will go back home in the Philippines to have his yearly vacation and he ask me if there is any presents that I want to send back home, I bought some chocolates, chocolates and chocolates :)  And of course I ask them to send something for me in return when my cousin come here again.

One month had passed, my cousin came back fresh from the Philippines.  And he phoned me to tell that he is already here and my family has given "pasalubong" for me, because of busy schedule for both of us 2 weeks had passed until me and my cousin met.  And handed the "pasalubong" for me.

Let me share you this "pasalubong" given to me by my Mom.

  • Pancit Canton maybe my Mom didn't know that there is also Lucky Me Pancit Canton here ;)
  • Bawang na Bawang come on' I never imagine that my mom will send me this, but I found out that my Cousin put that in the bag. ;)
  • Gatsby Wax my Mom wants to be sure that I am still well groomed " Sabi ng Mommy ko gwapo daw ako, at pinaniniwalaan ko yun nyahaha, siya lang kakampi ko wag na kayong kumontra pls pls pls" nyahahaha.
  • Peanut Butter my Mom knows that of all the spread, Peanut Butter is my one and only favorite, specially if it's home made Peanut Butter.
  • Boxer Brief this really made me realized that Mother's know best everything, my Mom knows that I don't wear brief and that I prefer Boxer Brief of Boxer Shorts, and for that Mom you deserve a big kiss and hug ;)

I really feel like I'm in the Philippines again after seeing this Dried Fishes wooooaaaah.  My Mom deserve my high five ;)

This piece of paper really made my tears come down in my face, seriously guys.  I never imagine that my Mom will write a letter for me, those pasalubong is really enough for me to know that they care and love me, but this letter moves my heart and gave me strength that I needed in my stay here knowing that they are miles away from me.

            To Our Dearest Donnie,
With love and prayers we wish to greet you in the name of Dear Lord Jesus Christ who is the same today, yesterday, and forever Amen!
Hope you like them.
Ingat always at lagi kang makikipagusap kay Lord upang lagi ka nyang gabayan at pagpalain
Remember, we love you and we miss you so much.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               Love, Mommy

Family is a place where everyone loves you no matter what, and they accept you for who you are.

Score Board

Sabay nag salita si head nurse “ When you’re done just right your comments below” ok Mam.

____________________________________________________________________

Morning shift was over I am from 7am-7pm , time to go home este sa accommodation pala naming (may accommodation flat kami provided by the Hospital free lahat yun food, water, electricity and even transportation (just a back ground info bro) ).

( The Five People You Meet In Heaven )

 “Willingness to help other” 3.5

And my score "Overall work performance 4". Praise be unto God.

Score 1-5 , 5 being the highest.

Graduation Day You made It!

Lot’s of  wishes, gratitude, greetings and even respects as they leave their own school proper. It’s Graduation Day!

Everyone knows that graduations or commencement exercises are very important in a person’s life. A graduation signals a person’s first step into the “real world” – a world where the true strength of character, skills as well as knowledge are put to the test.

This is why if you know someone who’s graduating, you must extend heartfelt graduation wishes that are sure to remind that person how to act, think and survive in the real world.

Most of our facebook timelines are full of pictures and greetings to those students who made it until today. I found this heartwarming article about Graduation as I was browsing my facebook account, let me share this to you all Graduates, not only for those Graduates but also to all of my reads.

TO THE GRADUATES ON THEIR LAST DAY AS STUDENTS AND FIRST DAY AS PROFESSIONALS

One day a teacher asked her students to list the names of the other students in the room on two sheets of paper, leaving a space between each name.

Then she told them to think of the nicest thing they could say about each of their classmates and write it down.

It took the remainder of the class period to finish their assignment and, as the students left the room, each one handed in the papers.

That Saturday, the teacher wrote down the name of each student on a separate sheet of paper, and listed what everyone else had said about that individual.

On Monday, she gave each student his or her list. Before long, the entire class was smiling.
"Really?" she heard whispered.

"I never knew that I meant anything to anyone!" and, "I didn't know others liked me so much." Were some of the comments.

No one ever mentioned those papers in class again. She never knew if they discussed them after class or with their parents, but it didn't matter. The exercise had accomplished its purpose. The students were happy with themselves and one another.

That group of students moved on. Several years later, one of the students was killed in Vietnam and his teacher attended the funeral of that special student. She had never seen a serviceman in a military coffin before. He looked so handsome, so mature.

The church was packed with his friends. One by one, those who loved him took a last walk by the coffin. The teacher was the last one to bless the coffin. As she stood there, one of the soldiers, who acted as pall bearer, came up to her.

"Were you Mark's math teacher?" he asked.

She nodded: "Yes."

Then he said: "Mark talked about you a lot."

After the funeral, most of Mark's former classmates went together to a luncheon. Mark's mother and father were there, obviously waiting to speak with his teacher.

"We want to show you something," his father said, taking a wallet out of his pocket.
"They found this on Mark when he was killed. We thought you might recognize it."

Opening the billfold, he carefully removed two worn pieces of notepaper that had obviously been taped, folded and refolded many times.

The teacher knew, without looking, that the papers were the ones on which she had listed all the good things each of Mark's classmates had said about him.

"Thank you so much for doing that," Mark's mother said. "As you can see, Mark treasured it."

All of Mark's former classmates started to gather around.

Charlie smiled rather sheepishly and said, "I still have my list. It's in the top drawer of my desk at home."

Chuck's wife said, "Chuck asked me to put his in our wedding album."

"I have mine too," Marilyn said. "It's in my diary."

Then Vickie, another classmate, reached into her pocketbook, took out her wallet and showed her worn and frazzled list to the group.

" I carry this with me at all times," Vickie said, and without batting an eyelash, she continued: "I think we all saved our lists."

That's when the teacher finally sat down and cried. She cried for Mark and for all his friends who would never see him again.

The density of people in society is so thick that we forget that life will end one day. And we don't know when that one day will be.

So please, tell the people you love and care for, that they are special and important. Tell them, before it is too late..

Stand strong, Stand in faith.

“…stand and see the salvation of the Lord…” (II Chronicles 20:17, NAS)

Do you ever find yourself avoiding a difficult situation? Many people today run when things get hard. They run from their problems. They run from responsibility. They run from people they don’t like. They run from the past. They run from anything that makes them uncomfortable. Instead of facing the issue and dealing with it, they look for the path of least resistance, which isn’t the path to victory. If we are going to embrace all that God has for us, we have to learn how to face our challenges head on.

Notice that today’s verse doesn’t say, “Keep running until you see the salvation of the Lord.” It doesn’t say, “Bury your head in the sand until God delivers you.” It doesn’t say, “Worry all night and try to figure things out until a miracle takes place.” No, God wants us to stand strong, set our faces like a flint, and fight the good fight of faith. And the good news is you don’t have to do it in your own strength! God is on your side. He’s equipped you with His supernatural power to overcome every obstacle.

Today, know that God is with you. He is for you. You are equipped to overcome. Stand strong, stand in faith, knowing that you will see the salvation and deliverance of Almighty God in every area of your life!

Life As A Palm Tree

"The righteous shall flourish like a palm tree..."(Psalm 92:12, NKJ)

Have you ever seen a palm tree in the midst of a great storm? That tree may be bent so far over that it's almost touching the ground, but when the wind finally stops, that palm tree bounces right back up.  What's interesting is that while that palm tree is hunched over under the pressure of the storm, it is actually growing stronger?

The reason God said we'd flourish like a palm tree is because He knew there would be difficult times.  He knew things would come against us to try to seal our joy and victory.  God said, "You're going to be like a palm tree because when the storms of life blow, you are going to come right back up stronger than before.  "Nothing can hold you back! No weapon formed against you will proper.

As you reflect on the events over the last year, remember, the storms you have encountered have only made you stronger.  You are wiser, you are more alive, and you are headed for victory.  You're brighter days are right out in front of you!

Always remember that with God on your side, nothing can hold you back!
