STOP RACISM!!!! Adam Carolla’s racial assault on Pacquiao and Filipinos

A struggling Italian-American radio host is in trouble for lashing out at the entire Filipino nation including Filipino boxing icon Manny Pacquiao,

calling him illiterate and for implying that the Philippines is a nation of whores

Adam Carolla, a struggling Italian-American comedian who made a name as radio host in his own shows known as 'The Adam Carolla Podcast' , 'Loveline' and 'The Adam Corolla Show', is in big trouble for verbally attacking Filipino boxer Manny Pacquiao in his program.
Not contented with his racial assault on the Filipino boxing icon by calling him idiot, illiterate, Corolla continued his tirade on the entire Filipino nation by implying that the Philippines is a nation of whores.






Examiner.com reports:
Adam Carolla starts off his vulgar tirade by bashing Manny for not giving blood before a fight. He then proceeds to say:

"that Manny is off “praying to chicken bones” and

"that you don’t have to respect him because he’s a “fu**ing idiot”.

“Someone has to tell him that it doesn’t make a difference.”“Here’s how you know when your country doesn’t have a lot going for it: When everything is about Manny Pacquiao.”

“Get a fu**in life as a country”

“All you fu**in got is just an illiterate guy who happens to smash other guys in the head better than other people”

“Really, you want some guy with brain damage running your country? Why don’t you get your sh*t together?”

“All they have over there is Manny Pacquiao and sex stores.”

“What happens when Floyd Mayweather beats him? Does your country go into depression?”

It is quite clear from the statement made by Corolla that

he was attacking Pacquiao and the entire Filipino nation.

Whatever his motivation in uttering these racist and degrading statements, he alone would know.
In the meantime,

damage has been done not only in the person of Manny Pacquiao but to the entire Filipino nation.

It is just proper that Adam Carolla make a public apology for his reckless statements. A timely apology could prevent the Filipino people particularly the millions of Pacquiao fans from taking radical actions that will prevent this struggling comedian from repeating the same irresponsible action.

.....one afternoon while i was reading a book entitled " the God of the Second chance by Greg Laurie, I received a text message a text message that made me realized so many things in my past experiences, how i fail, how i stumble, how i lose, how i quit, even on how I surrender my aspirations in life. This text message moved me in a way that I cannot imagine.


The young man was at the end of his rope.Seeing way no out, he dropped to his knees in prayer.

"Lord , I can't go on "he said." I have too heavy a cross to bear.

......"The Lord replied, "My son, if you can't bear it's weight, just place you cross inside this room. Then open another door and pick any cross you wish.

"The man was filled with relief. "Thank you Lord," he sighed, and did as he was told. As he looked around the room he saw many different crosses: some so large the tops were not visible.

.......Then he spotted a tiny cross leaning against a far wall. "I'd like that one, Lord," he whispered.

And the Lord replied. "My son, that's the cross you brought in."

I realized that being a nurse is incomparable... As we care for our patients, I learn how to cover my sorrow with smile. I learn how to stay vigorous despite of all the tasks that I endure. I learn how to give hope eventhou mine are unclearly seen. I learn how to give strength even at times I am the one who are weak. Nobody would know what kind of a life nurse has...Unless he/she becomes one.

Footprints in the Sand..

.....we have some problems in our lives, maybe you read somewhere along the way that Jesus will never leave us nor forsake us, but if we look back in life, sometimes in the lowest point in our life we almost see one footprints in the sand.

Do you have days where you feel lonely, un-loved, and not wanted? We all experience days like that, don't we? When I'm feeling down and lonely, I always turn to God in prayer.

God has recently carried me through one of the toughest times in my life so far and this poem reminds me of His eternal and unending love for me, for us all, and especially for the sinner and the one who turns his back on the Lord

One night I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the Lord.
Many scenes from my life flashed across the sky.

In each scene I noticed footprints in the sand.
Sometimes there were two sets of footprints,
other times there was one only.

This bothered me because I noticed that during the low periods of my life,
when I was suffering from anguish, sorrow or defeat,
I could see only one set of footprints,
so I said to the Lord,

“You promised me Lord,
that if I followed you,
you would walk with me always.
But I have noticed that during the most trying periods of my life
there has only been one set of footprints in the sand.
Why, when I needed you most, have you not been there for me?”

The Lord replied,
“The years when you have seen only one set of footprints, my child, is when I carried you.”


.....Very touching. My brothers and sisters when you could no longer carry yourself the Lord will carry you.
.....God is always with you and gets you through the rough times. You may feel alone during those times but you never are.
.....Never give up on Jesus like he never gave up on you.

Be Grateful With What You Have...

While I was checking my email last night,as a usual thing to do I put a checked to all those emails that i need to delete,after choosing those emails,i am about to sign out my account, until one email unread was left. Before deleting that email, i opened it without hesitation. And i was really amazed with the content of that email. BE GRATEFUL WITH WHAT YOU HAVE that was the title subject of the email.This past few days i was very stress, very negative, and not contented with what I have. After reading it i feel so blessed with what i have right now....


If this doesn't touch you and move you, I don't know what will the power of the human spirit is shown at its mightiest by this one little girl. I salute her.

Last Song Syndrome

In the UrbanDictionary.com, it is defined as:
To listen to music before going out of the house, and having the last song you hear before leaving stick in your head all through your journey, and beyond. Is usually accompanied by subconscious humming. This syndrome is particularly dangerous when the song happens to be the most pathetic, crappy, albeit catchy song ever.

Well, I often have this Last Song Syndrome. I often listen to music while working on my usual activities. When I log-off and turn off my phone, my radio, my music player, my computer as well, I find myself humming or singing the last song I was listening to. They lyrics and even the music seems to be stuck in my head. I just go on and on and on..

Kapag may narinig ka ng music wala ka ng magagawa kundi sundan ito hehehe. sisipol sipol, humming, padyak padyak ng paa, pigil na pag he-headbang. Wala ka ng mgagawa kapag tinamann ka ng LSS. Minsan kahit nasa jeep, bus, tricycle, taxi o kahit ano pang means of transportation na my music, malamang tatamaan ka ng LSS, minsan nakakakahawa pa ang LSS, try mo na kumanta ka ng pabulong sa trabaho mo, sa school kahit nga sa bahay tiyak pag my nakarinig sayo na kumakanta for sure sasabay at sasabay sayu ang taong nakarinig ng kanta mo, hindi ka tuloy makapag solo sa pagkanta my instant ka-duet ka bigla hindi ba hihihi.


......kapag ako ay naggagala sa mundo ng blogging kung anu-anong background music ang naririnig ko, my mga site na binabalik balikan ako dahil gusto kong marinig ng paulit ulit ang background music nya, pag hindi pa ako nasiyahn mag oopen ako ng music site like imeem, musicdumper, bearshare para hanapin ang song na aking huling narinig, minsan nga pati youtube binubuksan ko para makita ang music video ng Last Song na narinig ko.

Bad Trip!! Puting Puti!

..........ang hirap naman ng kalagayan ko lalo na pag umuulan minsan nga kahit hindi umuulan, e kasi naman ang uniform kong all white ang inaalala ko.

.......... Malinis at maayos kang aalis sa bahay, mabango, pati ang semikalbo kong buhok inaayos ko pa lolz pero pero pero.... badtrip madudumihan, mapuputikan, mababasa, papangit ano ba yan. bakit ba kasi all white pa ang uniform ng mga nurse, ang linis nga tignan, kagalang galang kung titignan pero sa likod ng mga papuring eto ay ang pag-aalala kung ano ang gagawin ko para hindi madumihan ang kulay puti kong uniform. Sasakay sa jeep, tricycle o sa bus papano pag ang naupuan mo eh basa, madumi, may kalawang ang lintik nga naman oh.
..........pag dating sa Hospital o Clinic matatalsikan ka ng dugo dugo, betadine,o gamot hay buhay. Pero anong magagawa ko e eto ang kailangan kong isuot araw araw.

Rejection!!!

Every one of us experiences rejection at point time in our lives, be it from work, school, relationship or another person. When you are afraid that you might be rejected, you go on pleasing others so that no one should develop a negative opinion about you. You are extremely dishonest with yourself and you tend to become habitual liar.

If you believe that you can take care of your own needs well and be happy even if you are alone, then being alone is nothing to fear. If you believe that you need others to take care of you and "make" you happy, then you are too dependent on others and their absence is something to "panic" about.


Realize that only losers avoid rejection.
Stop worrying about what others think of you.
Do not be a "people pleaser".
There is an end to the pain.
Don't take it personally.
Learn and move on.
Turn rejection into acceptance.


Remember…If we continually hold back from interacting with people because of our fear of rejection, we simultaneously miss out on the potential happiness, warmth, fun and excitement that other people can bring to us.
Do not ever be afraid of rejection in life. If someone rejects you, take that as a challenge to prove yourself. Don't let other people dictate your identity.

User ( Opportunistic Virus)

Opportunistic Virus/infection, sa medical term it means.....

An opportunistic infection/virus is an infection caused by pathogen that usually do not cause disease in a healthy immune system. A compromised immune system, however presents an " opportunity" for the pathogen to infect......

pero sa akin my iba pang kahulugan ang Opportunistic Virus na iyan. As what the medical meaning tells us, I will just correlate it in as simple as this, may mga mapagsamantalang tao parin, at marami sila. Sasamantalahin ang kabaitan mo, aabusuhin ka, hanggat meron ka they will take advantage for it. Naku naku naku ang virus nga naman ang hirap puksain kumakalat kung saan saan at kung kani-kanino.

Nung ako ay nasa kolehiyo pa madaming ng mga Opportunistic Virus akong classmate at nakikilala, in what way?... sa exams, sa projects, sa requirements, and even sa mga hang outs, minsan pinagtataka ko kung sino pa ang my mga kaya sa buhay sila pa minsan ang mga OV(opportunistic virus).bkit kaya? Sa work naman madaming din mga OV hindi ba? Even you my, reader my mga kakilala ka din mga OV hindi ba? Madami dyan hindi mo lang napapansin. Minsan dahil biktima ka ng isang OV na tao, hindi mo namamalayan na naibibigay mo ang mga gusto niya samantalang sa sarili mong pamilya or even relatives hindi mo maibigay ang gusto nila. How sad diba.

Ang malala pa nito ang isa sa mga characteristic ng mga OV ay aalis na iyan kapag wala ng makuha sayo, kapag wala na siyang napapakinabangan sa iyo, pag alam niyang hindi na siya Masaya sa iyo. Grrrrrr.(hehehe nagalit). Madali lang naman ang solusyon sa mga OV person na iyan, alam mo kung ano??? LEARN HOW TO SAY NO! do I make sense? Nice nice.
