My Heart Beats For You

               I was wondering how to celebrate a valentines with a special someone, could I prepare to choose a beautiful blooming flower, look for a chocolate that it is not too sweet and what simple note to put in a special cards. What to wear on the day of valentines and what perfume will I put on.  Geez for sure the pressure will fall upon me.  And the expectation that I need to meet from her. 

               There are so many preparation to make just to fit in in just one perfect moment. And for sure you want to make all the things goes well base in what you have planned, again just to fit in in one perfect moment.

               No date this valentine doesn't make you look pathetic and cast out.  People having a special someone to celebrate on the Valentine's Day doesn't mean they have the perfect relationship and they are the most happy partners in the whole world. Yours is yet to come in a unexpected way and in a most meaningful moment. It's worth the wait for sure.

               I find no wrong in celebrating a valentines day,  this month when we are bombared with  the commercialism of Valentine's Day, take a minute and think about on where and whom your heart really beats.  Wouldn't be much better gift you could give to the author of love who is Jesus instead of a box of chocolate and a expensive flower why not give spend an intimate time alone with Him.

               I am praying that every beats of  heart is for Jesus and I want to feel Him inside my heart.

               Today, step out and show others what real love is.  Every act of kindness is a seed that will produce a harvest in your own life in return.  Let your love be in word and in action and watch how Jesus pours out His blessing in ever area of your life.

               My Jesus, my heart beats for you. I love you with all my heart and with full of passion, You to me are everything, my love, my best friend, my life and my future.

Judging a person doesn't define who they are. It defines who you are.

               Naka upo ako sa isang waiting area sa Ospital habang nag hihintay na matawag ang pangalan ko para mag pa check up ng mata. Madaming tao akong nakikita, palakad lakad, tatayo, uupo, nag babasa ng dyaryo , umiinom ng kape, nag kakalikot ng celllphone, may nagkukuwentuhan, nag tatawanan at may nag iisa lang (madalas akong mag isa sa lahat ng lakad) hindi dahil sa wala akong kaibigan, mas gusto ko lang talagang mag isa madalas.

               Ilang beses na ba tayong na husgahan ng ibang tao dahil sa uri ng ating pananamit, pagsasalita, kilos at direksyon sa buhay, sa musika na pinapakinggan mo,kung anong hitsura mo, kung paano ka makitungo sa ibang tao, kung sino ang mag sinasamahan mong grupo ng tao sa bagay ganun din naman tayo madali nating husgahan ang isang tao batay sa nakikita lamang natin.

               Masakit mahusgahan ka ng ibang tao batay lamang sa kanilang pamantayan, at sigurado eto ang sasabihin mo "OK lang di naman totoo" pero deep in side masakit parin ang mahusgahan ng hindi totoo, apektado ka parin kahit papaano.

               Sinasabi sayo ng mga tao na maging totoo ka "be yourself" pero sa kabila ng pagpapakatotoo mo huhusgahan ka naman nila napaka ironic.  Kahit ako mismo dumadating sa puntong nanghuhusga ng isang tao base lamang sa nakikita ko, alam ko mali. Pero naiisip ko judging a person doesn't define who they are.  It defines who you are. Tama hindi ba?  


               Bawat isa sa atin may mga sekreto na hindi masabi kahit gustong ng sabihin.  Bawat

               Nagising ng maaga dahil sa sobrang lamig 5°C walang magawa kundi buksan nalang ang laptop dahil di rin naman ako makakatulog ng maayos, naisipan kong buksan at bisitahin ang blog ko at subukang bisitahin ang lahat ng nasa blog roll ko, halo halong emosyon ang naramdaman ko at nasurpresa ako sa mga nakita ko.

               Naisipan kong mag blog hopping sa kadahilanang nawala and nasa side bar blog list ko

Marami talagang nagbabago sa mundo ng blogging, napatunayan ko yan sa pag bisita ko at pag daan sa lahat ng nasa blog roll ko, oo lahat binisita ko inisa isa ko ang mga blog na ito na miss ko kasing mag blog hopping at mag iwan ng marka sa chat box ng mga kasamahan sa blogging.

               Nakakatuwa dahil karamihan eh bago na ang mga hitsura ng mga blog ninyo ang ilan hanggang ngayun walang pagbabago sa hitsura ng blog which is good parin. Ang daming mga add ons na widgets, daming applications, at kahit mga followers and dami na rin ang sumusubaybay.

               Ang ibang blogger na dati ay kakulitan ko sa chat box, ngayon ay mga bigating blogger na at mukhang kilala na talaga sa larangan ng blogging, nakakahiya na tuloy makipag kulitan. Ang dami nading mga bagong blogger nakakaaliw talaga.

              Nakakalungkot yan ang mas lamang na naramdaman ko sa pag bisita sa mga blog, ang dami ng nawala sa mundo ng blogging ang mga blog na parati kong binibisita para magbasa ng bagong post nila ngayun wala na sila. (BLOGGER NOT FOUND).  Maaaring may pinag kakaabalahan na sila ngayon at di na maharap ang pag bo-blog.

              Hindi ko masasabi kung hanggang kelan ako mag bo-blog, sa totoo lang mga ka-blog dati ang takbo ng utak ko sa pag bo-blog ay padamihan ng followers, padamihan ng bumabasa, padamihan ng pwedeng i-post at padamihan ng comments sa post mo, in a way achievement nga naman.

               Mag susulat parin ako ng mga bagay bagay ng tumatakbo sa utak ko, di baleng walang bumisita sa blog ko di na big deal yun. Ngayun mas masarap magsulat pag di mo iniisip ang expectation ng ibang tao sa ipopost mo. Basta mailabas o maipahayag ko.  Tama nga I write to express not to impress.

Sa Unang Pagkakataon

               Limang buwan ang lumipas madaming nangyari sa buhay ko na hindi ko inaasahan. Napadpad sa isang lugar na di ko inaasang mapupuntahan ko balang araw. Walang magagawa nandito na ako.

               Ang init, kahit ihip ng hangin napaka init, eto na nga at nandito na ako. Sinalubong ng isang lalaki na may bandana sa ulo na kulay pula at puti (checkered) kinuha ang isa sa pinaka mahalagang bagay sa buhay ko, wala akong magawa ni tumanggi hindi ko magawa kailangang sumunod sa kagustuhan niya binigay ko ang (passport) ko. 

              Sinundo kami ng isang sasakayan para dalhin sa pupuntahan namin, pumpwesto ako sa harapan dahil di pwedeng mag sama ang babae at lalaki. Nagtatanong ako sa sarili ko eto na ba yun at di makapaniwala sa mga nakikita, matataas na building, maliwanag at maayos ang highway at hindi mausok ang mga sasakyan, aba aba ok eto ha.

              Sa bawat araw na dumaan habang ako ay nandito sa ibang bansa lagi kong naiisip ang mga kasama ko sa trabaho ko sa Pilipinas isang grupo ng mga tao na totoo at masaya kasama, ang pamilya ko sa Pilipinas walang araw na di ko sila naalala. May mga gabi na basa ang unan ko dahil sa di ko mapigilang maalala ang mga mahal ko sa buhay.  Walang magawa kundi alalahanin nalang sila dahil balang araw muli ko silang makikita, pasasaan ba at matatapos din ito.

              Napakabilis ng mga araw at buwan ko dito ang takbo ng buhay ko dito trabaho---bahay---trabaho---bahay, pero minsan lumalabas din kasama ang pinsan ko.

              Madami pang bagay na pwedeng mangyari sa akin habang ako ay nandito walang makakapigil sa mga pangarap ko, lahat ng mga ninanais ko sa buhay ko inaalay ko sa pamilya ko at higit sa lahat sa Panginoon na syang gumagabay sa akin habang ako ay malayo sa mga mahal ko sa buhay.

               December 16 gumising ako ng ibang iba walang sumalubong sa akin at humalik at yumakap na kapamilya nakakalungkot walang babati sa akin sa unang pagkakataon ng Happy Birthday anak, Happy Birthday donzil, Happy Birthday apo, Happy Birthday zeb :'( unang karaawaan ko na hindi ko kasama ang buong pamilya ko, napakalungkot dahil sa araw na ito walang babati sa akin at hahalik na kapamilya ko :'( Walang magawa kundi alalahanin nalang sila dahil balang araw muli ko silang makikita, pasasaan ba at matatapos din ito.

              Ngunit nakipag kita ako sa pinsan ko para naman maramdaman ko kahit papaano na may kapamilya akong babati sa akin ng personal, tinwagan ko at pinilit ko na magkita kami ng pinsan ko, sapilitan na ito nyahahaha.

               December 24 Happy 35th Wedding Anniversary Mom and Dad Skype---Skype---Skype---ang tanging paraan upang 15mins lang ang tinagal ko sa unang pagkakataon para batiin sila sa kadahilanang ako ay may duty, diyan ko lang sila pwedeng mabati at makita, isang malungkot na bagay nanaman dahil ako naman ang hindi makakahalik at makakayakap ng personal sa kanila, ang aking magulang na nag pursige at nagpakatatag para maitaguyod kaming mga magkakapatid mga magulang na gagawin ang lahat para sa ikabubuti ng kanilang mga anak upang maibigay lamang ang mga pangangailangan ng isang anak na humihing ng isang bagay. (naiiyak ako seryoso) Mahal na mahal ko po kayo ng buong buo :'( Walang magawa kundi alalahanin nalang sila dahil balang araw muli ko silang makikita, pasasaan ba at matatapos din ito.

              Decemebr 24 Unang pagkakataon na sinalubong ko ang pagpasok ng Christmas sa trabaho, sa bansang di nag didiwang ng kapaskuhan na tila ba'y normal na araw lang sakanila ang araw na ito, pero sa mga Pilipino isang malaking kasiyahan ito. Ang dati kong kasamang mag diwang ng kapaskuhan ay mga kamag anak ko, pero ngayon mga kasama ko sa trabaho.


              December 25 Dahil galing ako ng night duty nung December 24 natulog lang ako buong mag hapon dahil pagod sa duty, ang mga inaanak ko sa Pinas pinaubaya ko na muna sa aking mga magulong sila muna ang haharap sa mga inaanak ko pero syempre nagpadala ako ng pera para sa mga inaanak ko ;)


              December 31 Ayos hindi ako duty ngayon makakausap at makikita ko via Skype ang mga kamag anak at pamilya ko hindi ko naisip na mangyayari din ito sa akin na mag didiwang ng Kapaskuhan at Bagong Taon sa pamamagitan ng Skype sa unang pagkakataon nangyari ito, naririnig ko ang putukan, tawanan at kwentuhan ng mga tao sa bahay namin sa Pinas, nakaka miss---nakaka miss--nakaka miss.  Walang magawa kundi alalahanin nalang sila dahil balang araw muli ko silang makikita, pasasaan ba at matatapos din ito.

              January 1 Normal lang na araw sa mga tao dito ang araw na ito yung tipo bang parang wala lang :)) pero yung ibang lahi pati ilang Doctor bumabati ng Happy New Year ;) kung sabagay di naman bigdeal sa mga arabo ang new year. Pero sa ating mga pinoy nakupo big deal n big deal na big deal ang pagpasok ng bagong taon diba diba. Tayong mga Pinoy walang katulad ang selebrasyon natin ng Kapaskuhan at Bagong Taon.

Life As A Palm Tree

"The righteous shall flourish like a palm tree..."(Psalm 92:12, NKJ)


         Have you ever seen a palm tree in the midst of a great storm? That tree may be bent so far over that it's almost touching the ground, but when the wind finally stops, that palm tree bounces right back up.  What's interesting is that while that palm tree is hunched over under the pressure of the storm, it is actually growing stronger?


         The reason God said we'd flourish like a palm tree is because He knew there would be difficult times.  He knew things would come against us to try to seal our joy and victory.  God said, "You're going to be like a palm tree because when the storms of life blow, you are going to come right back up stronger than before.  "Nothing can hold you back! No weapon formed against you will proper.


        As you reflect on the events over the last year, remember, the storms you have encountered have only made you stronger.  You are wiser, you are more alive, and you are headed for victory.  You're brighter days are right out in front of you!


Always remember that with God on your side, nothing can hold you back!

I Want To Date A Girl Who

“Date a girl who reads. Date a girl who spends her money on books instead of clothes. She has problems with closet space because she has too many books. Date a girl who has a list of books she wants to read, who has had a library card since she was twelve.

            Find a girl who reads. Lost in a world of the author’s making. Sit down. She might give you a glare, as most girls who read do not like to be interrupted. Ask her if she likes the book.

Buy her another cup of coffee.

            Let her know what you really think of Murakami. See if she got through the first chapter of Fellowship. Understand that if she says she understood James Joyce’s Ulysses she’s just saying that to sound intelligent. Ask her if she loves Alice or she would like to be Alice.

            It’s easy to date a girl who reads. Give her books for her birthday, for Christmas and for anniversaries. Give her the gift of words, in poetry, in song. Give her Neruda, Pound, Sexton, Cummings. Let her know that you understand that words are love. Understand that she knows the difference between books and reality but by god, she’s going to try to make her life a little like her favorite book. It will never be your fault if she does.

She has to give it a shot somehow.

            Lie to her. If she understands syntax, she will understand your need to lie. Behind words are other things: motivation, value, nuance, dialogue. It will not be the end of the world.

            Fail her. Because a girl who reads knows that failure always leads up to the climax. Because girls who understand that all things will come to end. That you can always write a sequel. That you can begin again and again and still be the hero. That life is meant to have a villain or two.

            Why be frightened of everything that you are not? Girls who read understand that people, like characters, develop. Except in the Twilightseries.

            If you find a girl who reads, keep her close. When you find her up at 2 AM clutching a book to her chest and weeping, make her a cup of tea and hold her. You may lose her for a couple of hours but she will always come back to you. She’ll talk as if the characters in the book are real, because for a while, they always are.

You will propose on a hot air balloon. Or during a rock concert. Or very casually next time she’s sick. Over Skype.

            You will smile so hard you will wonder why your heart hasn’t burst and bled out all over your chest yet. You will write the story of your lives, have kids with strange names and even stranger tastes. She will introduce your children to the Cat in the Hat and Aslan, maybe in the same day. You will walk the winters of your old age together and she will recite Keats under her breath while you shake the snow off your boots.

            Date a girl who reads because you deserve it. You deserve a girl who can give you the most colorful life imaginable. If you can only give her monotony, and stale hours and half-baked proposals, then you’re better off alone. If you want the world and the worlds beyond it, date a girl who reads.

When I Am Weak

In times like we are giving up, there are so many things that comes into our mind. QUIT NOW. STOP IT. DON'T GO. DO NOT FINISH.  It's easy to stop, quit, and even don't finish the race, it seems that you are putting so much effort on the things that you feel there is no reward at all.

We face all the trials in our life but what really matters is that on how you will see the positive and a purpose why you are being tested.  Maybe now we will not see what is this all about like questioning WHY ME?

But folks it's about putting our trust in Him for He promise that you are more than a conqueror  "Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us" Romans 8:37

When I am weak I know God is bigger and stronger than I ought to be.  He knows all the details of my life.  I surrender everything in His holy name.  Nothing could separate me from God.  Nothing.

Sometimes it's hard to understand life like we think that life is unfair but you know what folks I learned that God's plan may not be the easiest plan or the most popular plan, but God always has the best plan.

Fear Not

          
               It's been 2 months since I am away from my home literally away what a euphoric experience for the first days or weeks.  But suddenly it came to a point where I feel so helpless in the country where i am new a strict country I should say. Why not to call for a help to ease my sadness but unfortunately nobody out here that i can run to.

               Until I realized that I have a Father above who is willing to ease my loneliness.

            Is there an area of your life that you need God's help in?  A lot of times, it's easy to think that we're not supposed to ask for too much, but the scripture enocurages us to go to God with all of our needs.  He longs to give you the desires of your heart and pour out His favor and blessing on you.

            In fact, Jesus said, "You have not, because you ask not." When you step out and ask for God's favor, His blessings and His increase, you are activating you faith.  And when you pray, make sure there isn't anything in your heart that would block your faith. 

          Begin your prayer by surrendering every thought and attidute to the Lord.  Ask Him to purify your motives and show you if there is any unforgiveness in your life.  When you release those things to the Lord, it opens the door for Him to move mightily on your behalf, and you will move forward into the life of blessing He has in store for you!

Don't be afraid, for I am with you.  Don't be discourage, for I am your God.  I will strengthen you and help you.  I will hold you up with my victorious right hand. Isaiah 41:10

Determination

          There are time like I'm giving up in every situation in my life, yes I do lose hope, faith, patience and even determination in life.  

         My personal life has been compromised in so many ways, sometimes I feel like giving up and sometimes I want to turn my back against somethings.

          I attended a Youth Service in my home church, the youth Pastor's message was so simple yet full of reflections in life,  we had a short video clip about determination an inspirational video worth watching for.

          It's true that every accomplishment starts the decision to try. Don't worry if lose the race what matters is you passed the finished line.  Don't worry if the expectations for you is high what matters is you tried.

          We have different race tracks in life but one thing is for sure that we have similarities ... We all have finish line to reach guys.  When you don't give up... You cannot fail.

          One  of my church-mate Rox said "It's not how you started the race... It's how you finish!" a cliche word for me but so meaningful and a word to live by for me.

          What caught my attention is that when his father ran to the racetrack just to accompany his son, what a heartbreaking scenario. This reminds me of unconditional love that Jesus gave it to us.  Jesus will never leave us in times of difficulties and in times of trials. 

          When faced with mountain, I will not quit! I will keep striving until I climb over, find a pass trough or simply stay focused in your goal and everything will follow with God's help. 

Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them.  For the LORD your God goes with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you"   Deuteronomy 31:6

Facing A Storm

         Today maybe you are facing a storm and can't quite see way out.  Maybe you're not sure what the answer is.  All you have to do is to take it one step at a time by saying.

"God, I know You have a good plan for my future."

"God, I am doing better today than I was yesterday."

"God, I know You are guiding and leading me."

          With every step you take, know that God is doing a work in your life.  Know that HE is with you, and He will comfort you.  Keep moving forward.  Keep taking those steps of faith and keep walking trough the storm into the place of victory HE has prepared for you!


         " Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death.  I will fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me" (Psalm 23:4, NIV)

Humbleness

     I may not be worthy in your sight but still you are their to understand me and more than that is You love me unconditionally, sometimes I question a lot of things that comes my way maybe because it is not what i wanted to happen, but as i look deeper into my situation i realized that everything is planned by your time frame, i may not understand everything but still my trust is in You Lord.


     “Being humble is not a matter of pretending to be worthless, but is a form of realism, not only 

regarding the real badness of one’s sins and stupidities and the real depth of one’s dependence on God’s grace, but also regarding the real range of one’s abilities. 

     Humble believers know what they can and cannot do. They note both their gifts and their limitations, and so are able to avoid both the unfaithfulness of letting their God-given powers lie fallow and the foolhardiness of biting off more than they can chew.”

     As what i have notice, one of the lyrics from Hillsong United's All For Love said  ...how many times have I broken your heart, still you forgive if only I ask... this lyrics is very striking to me seriously.

     Lord I may cause you so much pain, but still You are there beside me continuesly loving me unconditionally, what more can i ask for?  I am so blessed to have you in my life so blessed.

Where is God now?

           He is standing right there in the rubble suffering with those who suffer, and weeping with those weep and binding up the hearts of the broken hearted. God is there in the strength of that torn nation’s strong, resilient people.


           God is there in the presence and efforts of every soldier, aid worker, and other participant working to cope with the initial stages of recovery in this disaster. God is there in the funds donated to aid organizations to individuals around the world.  God is there in the prayers and concerns of those individual and others.

           If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

What a simple and great promise from our God.

Life

          Life isn’t about keeping score. It’s not about how many people call you and it’s not about who you’ve dated, are dated, or haven’t dated at all. It isn’t about who you’ve kissed, what sport you play, or which guy or girl likes you.


          It’s not about your shoes or your hair or the color of your skin or where you live or where you go to school. In fact it’s not about grades, money, clothes or colleges that accept you or not. Life isn’t about if you have lots of friends, or if you are alone, and it’s not about how accepted or unaccepted you are. Life just isn’t about that.


         But life is about who you love and who you hurt. It’s about how you feel about yourself. It’s about trust, happiness and compassion. It’s about sticking up for your friends and replacing inner hate with love.


         Life is about avoiding jealousy, overcoming ignorance, and buidling confidence. It’s about what you say and what you mean. Its about seeing people for who they are and not what they have.


          Most of all, it is about choosing to use your life to touch someone else’s in a way that could never have been achieved otherwise. That is why the good Lord placed us here on this beautiful earth. These choices are what life’s about.”

Enjoying the Situation You're In

I must admit, sometimes we like to question God saying why, why have we been put into this situation - it is so uncomfortable, so not needed in our life right now, so time wasting. We always hope for the good coming towards us, and never the bad. We just want the blessings, and not the other stuff.

Aren’t we selfish beings?

In Genesis 13, Abraham and Lot were having an argument so Abraham told Lot that perhaps it’s best to separate.

Lot was given the first choice of where he would like to go. He looked at Jordan Valley which was well watered, so he made his decision to settle there.

Abraham went the opposite direction, and did not complain that Lot had chosen the ‘better’ land.

Lot’s decision is sometimes like ours. Sure, things may be pleasing to the eyes - but the choices we make tend to be human like choices. And by that I mean: our choices are flesh dependant. We feed what our flesh wants, and not really care what our spiritual side wants.

Abraham didn’t complain because he knew that what God had planned for him was far better than the situation he was in. God ended up giving the whole land that Abraham settled in to Abraham and for his generations to come. God promised that he was going to be the father of all nations! Who wouldn’t want a blessing like that?

So today, let us not complain because the situations we are coming across is ‘uncomfortable’, for these are the times that God will bring awesomeness in your life. And let us make our decisions based on the decisions that God wants us to make, and be less reliant on our human flesh to decide what we want to do or what’s most comfortable for us. Let us humble ourselves before God :)

            It can take a lifetime to figure out who you really are, but a good test is to see how you act and who you become when no one else is around. How are people influencing who you are?

So true. How are we acting when there are other people around compared to when we're alone? Shouldn't we be the same person through and through? 

Sometimes we tend to be a people pleaser, acting like we are good enough in the sight of others.

The drive that cause people to be who they don't want to be is the mentality of "pleasing-others" as the primary purpose of life.   People lose their true identity and are living a deceptive mask of who others want them to be. We should stop the pretending business and be who you are, a rich, blessed, hopeful, and full-of-love being that God created and redeemed out of his abounding, everlasting love for us.

Let us be true to ourselves, Being true to ourselves is one of the greatest feelings that you’ll feel.  God is right there to accept who we are and what capabilities we have.

Don't give up in to everything the world around tells you to be.  Open up your mind release yourself.  Stop the lying, stop comparing who you are to what you see.  Never let fear hold back you to change.

God's Plan In Finding Your Mate

         
          Lord, I am about to be ready to commit myself to someone I fell in love with. Could I take her now? I have prayed for her for quite a time now.

          But the Lord answered. No, not until you are satisfied, fulfilled and content with being loved by me alone. You need to give yourself totally unreserved to me because in me your satisfaction is to be found. And when you learn to commit yourself to me alone then, only then is the right time for you to be capable of perfect human relationship that I have planned for you long you thought at it.

          You will never be united with another until you are united with me. You will never learn to speak and understand the true language of love until you hear me speak it. You will never learn how it is to love and be loved until you feel the tender touch of my LOVE.

          I want you to stop planning. Stop wishing and allow me to step in and give you the most surprising and exciting plan that you can imagine.  You are my child. I want you to have the best. Please allow me to bring it to you. Fix your eyes on me and expect the greatest things as you watch.

         Keep experiencing the satisfaction that I AM. Learn all the things I tell you and be patient.  Just wait. Don’t be anxious. Do not worry.  Don’t look around and feel at the things others may have got. Yours will be different because I LOVE YOU.

         Don’t look at things you think you want. They may not be the things I want for you. Look up straight at me because you might miss what I want to show you. And then, when you’re ready. I’ll surprise you with a lover far more wonderful than what you would ever dream of. But I won’t let you have it until you are ready and the one I prepared for you is ready, until you are both satisfied exclusively with me and the LIFE I have prepared for you.

I Am Thankful

Be thankful that you don’t already have everything you desire. If you did, what would there be to look forward to?

Be thankful when you don’t know something, for it gives you the opportunity to learn.

Be thankful for the difficult times. During those times you grow.

Be thankful for your limitations, because they give you opportunities for improvement.

Be thankful for your mistakes. They will teach you valuable lessons.

Be thankful when you’re tired and weary, because it means you’ve made a difference.

It’s easy to be thankful for the good things.

A life of rich fulfillment comes to those who are also thankful for the setbacks.

Find a way to be thankful for your troubles, and they can become your blessings.

Because God is Good all the time!

Why Worry?

          

         So many people today are living uptight, worried and anxious about the future, filled with frustration and concern. In the natural there may be good reason, but understand, living that way is not God’s best. God doesn’t want us to be filled with anxiety and frustration; He wants us to live in peace. You can find rest in Him knowing that no matter what is happening around you, God Almighty has His hand on you.

          The next time you’re tempted to worry or be anxious about something, remember this verse. God invites us to come to Him. In fact, the Bible says He rewards those who diligently seek Him. 


        But notice, we can’t just come to Him any old way. He wants us to come to Him with a heart of gratitude and thanksgiving. Begin by simply saying, “Father in heaven, thank You for the privilege to come before You. Thank You for hearing my prayers.” As you come to Him with an open and humble heart, He will hear you and fill you with His peace and joy to live free from anxiety all the days of your life!

You Will Be Great

Understand that God likes to outdo Himself. He wants to open doors for you and bring out talents and abilities that you didn’t even know you had. We serve a God of abundance! He is the God of more than enough. Not only does He want to meet your needs, He wants to give you enough to bless other people. That’s living in the fullness of the blessing.

            Today, don’t settle where you are. Your destiny is not determined by the economy, your past or what anyone else thinks or says. Your destiny is determined by Almighty God. He wants you to tap into a greater measure of His power so you can live the abundant life He has in store for you!

God is always good, and He always wants the best for you even if you're facing a difficult situation.

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
